At Little Lies, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
